Lemon, Black Tea, Floral
Limu beans are grown at elevations of 3,600 to 6,200 feet in the southwest of Ethiopia. This coffee is a wet-processed (washed) Ethiopian bean with low acidity and sharp, clean flavor. The sweetness of this coffee becomes more pronounced as the brew cools, making this a top candidate for an iced coffee or cold brew.
Limu is an aromatic, complex, and smooth coffee. Jasmine, sandalwood, and soft florals dominate the aroma while a lemon-candy acidity is present on the first sip. Limu coffee pairs well with zesty desserts and fruits that elicit a sweet and tart combination like orange or apricot. The light body means that you can drink our Limu coffee all day long.
